On 17 November 2016 NATCONSUMERS was presented in the Hub session Data-driven behavior change. The key idea of the session was to introduce international implementations of demand response management and energy efficiency programmes that have the aim to reduce energy consumption.

During this Conference, NATCONSUMERS had also a bilateral meeting with H2020 Upgrid project coordinator
The objective of the meeting was to create contact with another H2020 project, and look for common interests in order to share the results and findings with each other. The aimed impact to the project was to create awareness about the project’s outcomes, and also by encouraging collaboration agreement with another EU-founded project to consolidate the exploitation position of NATCONSUMERS. Especially NATCONSUMERS findings on household customer engagement and how these can be applied in Upgrid pilots were discussed.
